She was predeceased by: her husband William Alfred "Bill" Whichard, Sr.; and her daughter Nancy Whichard Ratcliffe. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Whichard Partin (Al) of Edenton and William A. Whichard, Jr. (Maureen) of Edenton; her grandchildren, Kristy P. Bell (Bobby) of Fort Mill, SC, Susan P. Noste (Sean) of Ocean Springs, MS, Andrew Ratcliffe of Jerome, AZ, Ellie M. Whichard of Moab, UT, Kate S. Whichard of Edenton and William A. Whichard, III of Edenton; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Brooks Bell.
