He is survived by: his wife Jean Hollowell Leary; his sons, Tony Stillman Leary of Edenton and Terry Wayne Leary (Lisa) of Edenton; his sisters, Julia Elmore of Edenton and Ruth Clark of Durham; his grandchildren, T. J. Leary of Chesapeake, VA, Lindsey Lindsay (Nick) of Asheville, Tyler Leary (Emily) of Edenton and Elizabeth Jordan (Heath) of Hobbsville; and his great grandchildren, Tripp Leary, Grayson Leary and Clara Gray Jordan.
