She is survived by: her sons, Michael Patrick Sanders (Jackie) of Elizabeth City and James Christopher Sanders (Dayna); her great grandchildren, Grayson Sanders and Penelope Sanders; her sister Barbara Jones of Washington; and her friend Sabrina Hofler.
