We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Bertha Jane Moore Gallop of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond Moore and Hilda Harrison Moore Sawyer; her children, Tammy Story, Richard, Raymond Gallop and Larry Connie; and her siblings, Barbara Sawyer, Nell Chapman and Delbert Harrison.

She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Connie. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and 31 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to assist the family with medical and final expenses.
