He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Steve Twine and Rosemary Etheridge Twine. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Yvonne Jones Twine; his daughters, Christi Martin Boseman (Adrian) and Kimberly Twine Bright; his sister Laura Twine; his granddaughters, Amanda Nicole Martin and Abigail Nicole Bright; and his great grandchildren, Bailey Ann Lilly and Hunter Richard Lilly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Twiford Funeral Homes (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909).
