She was predeceased by: her sister Thelma C. Dolacky. She is survived by: her husband Arlan D. Spivey; her children, Denise W. Beales (Jim) of San Antonio, TX, Laurie W. Jeffries (Tracy) and Terry C. Weeks (Paula); her stepson Ted Spivey (Kim); her sister Linda C. Warden; and her niece Fay Creel of Havelock, NC.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
