He was predeceased by: his father James Freeman Wallace, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Jean Mann Wallace; his wife Judy Ann Morris Wallace; his children, Susan Wallace (John), Rachel McDougald (Jimmy), Wendy Wallace and James Wallace IV (Mindy); his siblings, Amy Wallace, Rex Wallace (Darline) and Glenn Wallace (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Abby, Keeley, Julia, Taylor and Brynley; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Metzger and Johnnie Morris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Twiford Funeral Homes (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Freedom Baptist Ministries (2290 Peartree Rd, Elizabeth City, NC 27909).
