She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Levi Heath and Ruby Lee Tyndall Heath; her husband Thomas Richard "Tommy" Mooring; her children, Malisa Robbins, Leigh Anne Robbins and Danny Robbins; her granddaughters, Jessica and Krista Robbins; and her sister Sue Heath Sugg.
She is survived by: her sons, Ty Robbins (Pam) of Snow Hill and Michael Robbins (Heather) of Elizabeth City; her stepdaughter Glenda Gibson (Terry) of Fuquay Varina; and her sister-in-law Iris Mooring Ginn of Snow Hill. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Snow Hill Cemetery (1112 Kingold Blvd, Snow Hill, NC 28580). A reception was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Home of Ty and Pam Robbins.
