With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Terri Lynn Southerland (Elizabeth City, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Terri left this world on July 2, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her father Jack R. Williams; and her brothers, William Craig Culpepper and Michael H. Culpepper. She is survived by: her mother Trilby Elisabeth Parker Culpepper; her children, Andrea Williams and Jesse Southerland (Caroline); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Toby, Aurora and John Wesley; and her close friend Michelle Serrano.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church (1363 Old U. S. Hwy 17, Elizabeth City, NC 27909).
