He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Allen, Jr. and Betty Bright Allen. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Talbert; his children, Janie Lynn Allen and William Blake Allen; his siblings, Teresa Campbell (Jerry), Angie Tyler and Randy Allen (Dawn); his grandchildren, Cody, Courtney and Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Elenora, Kaiden Dunn and Riley Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
