He is survived by: his wife Faye Ellen Coppersmith Weatherly; his daughter Dorothy Dandridge Weatherly Wilkins (Doak) of Elizabeth City, NC; his stepdaughter Ellen Leigh Dail (Walter) of Malabar, FL; his grandchildren, Tara Wilkins of New York City and Dustin Wilkins of Wanchese, NC; and his stepgrandson John Mahlon Nolan of Jacksonville, FL..
