He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Sr. Priest and Bessie Priest of Elizabethtown; his grandparents, Sheriff Lee G. Priest, Clara Priest of Elizabethtown, Carson and Stacia Brown of Clarkton; his wife Doll Inscoe Priest of Elizabethtown; his children, Lee Priest of New York, NY, Robby Priest (Carla) of Elizabethtown, Ritchie Priest of Elizabethtown and Elizabeth Priest of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Tori (Campbell White) of Hope Mills, Cara and Ryne Priest of Elizabethtown; his siblings, Charlie Priest (Traci) of Tarheel and Barbara Williams of Florence, SC; his nieces and nephews, Paige Priest (Phillip), Brittany Lindsay (Tommy), Trey Williams (Lisa), Nathan Priest (Marie) and Charlie Priest Jr. (Melissa); and his son Richard Douglas Priest.
