She was predeceased by : her parents, David Ralph and Norma Dowell Collins; and her siblings, Pete Collins, James "Tip" Collins, Harry "Boots" Collins, Lois Carter and Louise Martin.
She is survived by : her husband James David Rogers; her son James Michael Rogers of Elkin; and her grandsons, Justin Rogers and Logan Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
