She is survived by: her mother Edna Blanton Settlemyer; her son Jason Bauguess (April) of Traphill; her stepson Danny Bauguess (Peggy) of Elkin; her grandchildren, Colby Bauguess (Rose), Maison Bauguess and Kaydence Hinson; her great grandchild Atlas Bauguess; and her nieces, Sharon White (Chris) and Denise Baxter (Jim).
The family asks that flowers be omitted; instead, those wishing to honor Dorothy's memory may contribute memorials to Stoney Ridge Baptist Church at 2087 North Lomax Road, Traphill, NC 28685.
