She was predeceased by: her parents, George Everett Byrd and Avy Alexander Byrd; her husband Robert H. Harris Sr.; and her siblings, Alene Ghant and Ivan Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Anderson (Tom), Mary E. Harris and Robert H. Harris Jr.; her sister Frances B. Warren (Henry); and her grandchildren, Lance Crissman, Rachel Hale, Sarah Atchison, Aden Vestal, Ryan Harris and Devin Longworth. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
