She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Highsaw and Robbie May Highsaw; her husband James E. Kell; her children, Joseph William Creviston, John Marshall Creviston, Joyce Evalyn Simmons and Robbie Ruth Salas; her grandchildren, Nicole Whelan, Nathan Caudill and Diane Caudill; and her brother Jimmy Fontnot.
She is survived by: her children, Edgar "Hotsy" Creviston of Texas, Clara Caudill (Ronnie) of State Road, Melissa Whelan of Advance, Linda Mahan (Roger) of Hays and Jimalee Kell; and her niece Betty Caudill (Larry) of Kannapolis. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 24 great-great grandchildren.
