Rosa Furr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2020, at the age of 105, Rosa Furr of Elkin, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Garland Propst and Emma Rosa Sigmon; her grandparents, Davis Franklin Propst, Sarah Witherspoon, Emmanuel I. Sigmon and Margaret E. Setzer; her husband William T. Furr; and her children, Phyllis A. Stone, Joel David Furr, Tonia Gwyn Hamlin and Cathy Lavon Furr. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and twelve great-great grandchildren.
