He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Orville and Catherine Patricia Schillinger O'Toole. He is survived by: his wife Shelby O'Toole; his sons, Partick O'Toole (Sarah), Timothy O'Toole (Jackie) and Christopher O'Toole (Jill); his brother Russel O'Toole (Mary); his grandchildren, Ian O'Toole, Emma O'Toole Woodruff (Mason), Ella O'Toole, Colin O'Toole and Isaac O'Toole; and his brother-in-law Stan Combs (Hilda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
