She was predeceased by: her parents, Stennett Walker and Sylvia Justice Walker. She is survived by: her husband Howard Hollifield; her sons, Edgar Hollifield (Rita) of Bostic, Tommy Hollifield (Cynthia Panowicz) of Bostic and Doyle Hollifield (Tristan) of Bostic; her grandchildren, Emily Bump, Joseph Hollifield, James Hollifield and Blake Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Bump, Bella Bump and Silas Bump.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service (359 E Church St, Bostic, NC 28018). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Walls Baptist Church (789 Walls Church Rd, Bostic, NC 28018).
