She is survived by : her children, Polly (Tom Bare), Ann (Robbie Patterson), Carol (Michael Shoemaker) and Charles Phinizy of Stanton, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Angela Easley, Melanie Lane, Gabriel Thompson, Michelle Aguiar, Skye Phinizy and Rayne Phinizy; her great grandchildren, Lilly Fox, Austin Fox, Lyle Ramon III, Jerek Lane, Lexi Lane, Taylor Thompson, Tristan Thompson, Isaiah Thompson, Gabriella Machado, Caroline Thompson, Victoria Aguiar and Melaina Aguiar; her great great grandchildren, Mckenna Fox and Levi Lane; and her sisters, Barbara Liles, Becky Williams and Alice Joyner.
