He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah L. Webb and Hattie Owens Webb; and his brothers, Dean and Dalton Webb. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carol Rose Webb; his children, Sissy Webb of Elm City and Ricky Webb (Carol) of Bailey; his grandchildren, Cody, Chrischany Webb, Braxton Bissette and Will Mayo; his sisters, Wilma Askew and Connie Simmons; his friend Candi Carpenter of Nashville; and his sister-in-law Ann Webb.
