He was predeceased by : his father Lester "Bill" Farmer, Sr.; and his brother Jay Todd Farmer, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Linda Batten Moore of Wilson; his daughter Christie Farmer Crabtree (Ricky) of Roxboro; his siblings, Angie Farmer of Bailey, Jeffrey Farmer (Brenda) of Wilson and Jan Farmer (Billie Jo) of Elm City; his grandchildren, Chrislynn Boten (Jamison Painter) of Roxboro, Steven Crabtree and Ricky Crabtree, Jr. (Emma) of Reidsville; and his great grandchild Ruby Mae Crabtree. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
