He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Shipp Velasquez (Travis Burris); his grandchildren, Jessica Belinda Velasquez and Tyler Lee Velasquez; his great grandchildren, Kaitie Belinda Chapman and Caleb Joel Wooten; and his close friend Barbara Burch. He is also survived by many extended family members and good friends.
