He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarvis Sessoms and Flossie Sears Sessoms; his wife Katherine Sessoms; his brothers, Ernest Cecil Sessoms, A. Eugene Sessoms and Elbert J. Sessoms; and his stepson William Dempsey Tadlock.
He is survived by: his brother Arnold E. Sessoms (Bethodell); his stepgrandchildren, Katrina Dawn Faircloth and Jamie Lynn Norris; his nephew Nicky Sessoms; and his brother-in-law Alton Tanner.
