She is survived by: her children, Shirley Simpson, Dr. Henry O'Neil Meares (Paula), Lenue Meares (Rosetta), Johnnie Frank Meares (Deloris), Randy Meares and J. D. (Phyllis); her niece Minnie Elizabeth Gore; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Meares Jackson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
