She was predeceased by: her father Allen R. Fullmer; and her sister Donna Marie James. She is survived by: her husband John Allen Williams, Sr.; her daughter Ashley Marie James; her stepson Daniel S. Williams; her mother Juanita Marie Bennet Fullmer; her siblings, Cynthia P. Kohler and Robert A. Fullmer; and her grandson Luka Joseph Swick.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post 206 (3330 Chesapeake Beach Rd, Chesapeake Beach, MD 20732).
