He was predeceased by : his parents, Lila Rook Wells and Ervin Thomas Wells. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Wells; his daughter Lila Jean Pollard; his granddaughters, Addison and Kristina; and his siblings, George Wayne "BooBoo", Thomas Earl Wells and Evelyn Baker (Wells).

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to help with many expenses. All donations are greatly appreciated and may be made.
