She was predeceased by: her father Morris Milton Mitchell; her husband Hubert Chester Outland Jr.; and her mother Myrtle Irene Mitchell Tucker. She is survived by: her children, Mark Rodgers Drummond (Kim) of Florence, Emily Outland Garris (Billy Stafford) of Snow Hill and Benjamin Rush Outland (Beth) of Farmville; her brother Morris Vann Mitchell (Kay) of Spring Hope; her sister-in-law Niki Evans of Farmville; her grandchildren, Abby, Alyssa (Chad), Austin (Elizabeth), Gaige, Hailey, Hunter (Haley), Jamison (Cameron) and Landon (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Emersyn, Stafford, Thomas and Weston.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hollywood Cemetery.
