She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Vance Spain; and her daughters, Debra Baker and Terry Joyner. She is survived by: her children, Shelia Oakley (Greg) of Plumtree, NC and Randy Spain (Susan) of Winterville; and her brothers, Mike Branch (Mary Lou) of Charleston, SC, Eddie Branch (Linda) of Cape Carteret and Swansboro. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
