She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spencer and Willie Spencer; and her son Timothy Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Jaquatta Russell (Nelson) of Albemarle, Sabrina Weaver (Stacey) of Fuquay-Varina, Shonia Paris (Robert Weinburg) of Stedman, Dwaine Rowe of Orlando, Mike Rowe (Karla) of Gering and Todd Rowe of Sheridan, Oregon; and her siblings, Doris Sossie of Oregon and Calvin Baker of West Virginia. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
