She was predeceased by: her parents, Llewelyn Billings and Katherine Billings (Donald J. Parks); her son Malcolm R. "Mac" Parks; and her husband Donald J. Parks. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Whiteford of DeKalb Junction, NY; her grandchildren, Jared Wells of Watertown, NY, Heather Wells (Jason) of Raeford, NC and Lynnley Whiteford (Sonia) of Coaticook; her great grandchild Alexander Owens (Lynda) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Kaylee Fawcett (Nick) of Raeford, NC, Julianna Sawyer of Raeford, NC, Emma Whiteford and Woods; and her great great grandchildren, Matheo Owens, Elijah Owens and Marcus Fawcett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
