She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Everson and Abbie Jane Bagley Lee; her husband Vernon C. Pinkney; her brothers, Jack Everson (Bell) and Reese Everson; and her son-in-law Tom Trogdon.

She is survived by : her children, Sheila Lancaster (Victor), Charlotte Trogdon, Lori Atchley, Shari Maness (Leonard), Charles Atchley and Wayne Atchley; her grandchildren, Brian Lancaster (Kayla), Tim Trogdon (Donna), Matthew Trogdon, Lauren Lancaster, Nicole Atchley, Melissa Hogan (Greg) and Kristine Atchley; her stepgrandsons, Victor Lancaster (Emile) and Todd Lancaster (Tonia); and her sister-in-law Margaret Everson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the local Salvation Army.
