He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Dallice Tyndall (Boy) and Pauline Williams Tyndall; and his sister Linda Tyndall. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rouse Tyndall of Fayetteville; his children, Angie Arnette (Gary) of La Grange, Nora Walker (Dusty) of Fayetteville, Gene Tyndall (Teresa) of La Grange, Elwood Tyndall (Dana) of Coats and Clayton Tyndall of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Madison Gourley (Walker), Takhoma Walker, River Walker, Zack Tyndall, Olivia Jones (Dakota), Avery Ward, Drake Tyndall and Craig Tyndall; his brother Harold Tyndall (Debbie) of Durham; and his close friend Terry Vause of Kinston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Howard-Carter Funeral Home (1608 W Vernon Ave, Kinston, NC 28504). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Howard - Carter Funeral Service (1608 W Vernon Ave, Kinston, NC 28504). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
