She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Marie Evans and Goble Evans; and her sons, Steve Popp Jr. and Johnny Popp. She is survived by: her children, Debra Baker (Jeff) of Lillington and Jeffery Popp of Lillington, NC.; and her grandchildren, Jessica Benton, Rebecca Middlekamp, Steven Popp and Johnnie McElmurray. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery (8220 Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC 28390).
