He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Natalie Carroll Drake; his children, Daniel Levi Drake, Faith Naomi Drake-O'Neal and Rebecca Shalome Drake; his grandchildren, Carlos O'Neal Jr., Natalie O'Neal, Kobe Evans, Athena O'Neal and Apollo O'Neal; his sisters, Patricia Biles, Eugenia Hernandez, Alice Smith and Amina Muhammad; and his son-in-law Carlos O'Neal Sr.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:25 PM at the Evans Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church (301 N Cool Spring St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
