She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James and Emiko Dougherty. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Miller and Emma Miller; her mother Faye Shimizu; her brother James Miller; her aunts, Mary Kepic (Milan) and Amy Cooper; and her cousins, James Miller, Jr., Elim Miller, Rhea Tirado, Ibrahim, Lisa Tirado, Edilberto Tirado, Jr., Daniel Cooper and Katherine Cooper-Escobar.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Freedom Baptist Church.
