We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2019, Norma Dees (Fayetteville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Averitt and Grace Averitt; her husband Charles G. Dees, Jr; her siblings, Walter "Jay" Averitt and Mary Elizabeth "Sister" Norton; and her grandson Warren Kelly "W. K.".
She is survived by: her granddaughter Elizabeth A. "Beth" Gatti; her children, Ronald M. Dees (Anne), Michael Dees (Stephannie), Douglas Dees (Karen) and Deborah N. Autry (Rick); and her siblings, Carl "Sammy" Averitt, Roy Averitt and Dorothy "Dot" Baker. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
