It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Richard Wait (Fearrington Village, North Carolina), who passed away on April 10, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar F. Wait and Lulu Wait (Meyer); his wife Jane; and his brother Edgar. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan (Tom Gideon) of Whidbey Island and Catherine (Kenneth Williams) of Granville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Joan Drew (Robert) of Granville, Eric Gideon (Shanna Grose) of Seattle and Anne Rau (Ely) of Newark, Ohio; his great grandchildren, May and Henry Drew; and his brother William Wait of Georgetown.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UNC Hospice.
