He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Fletcher and Mary Stella Murtaugh Fletcher; and his sister Joan McGoldrick. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Ferrari; his son Raymond Gomez of Chelsea; and his siblings, Jack Fletcher (Susan) of Leland, Anne Whelan (Richard) of Brookfield and Mary Fletcher Deal of Parker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
