He is survived by: his children, Gene Blackwell (Amy) and Tina Lail (John); his grandchildren, Ryan Gilmer, Cameron Howell, Savannah Lail, Keri Fenn (Matthew) and Warren Blackwell (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Maddox Gilmer, Mallory Gilmer, Aaron Blackwell, Adlee Blackwell, Finley Blackwell, Kahlan Fenn and Ellie Fenn; his siblings, Larry Blackwell (Angie), Jimmy Blackwell (Joanne), Betty Corley and Cathy Riser (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Jane Blackwell and Gerald Abercrombie.
