She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Landis and Pearl Ledbetter Landis; and her brother Milan Curtis Landis. She is survived by: her husband Charles Rupert Waters; her daughters, Amy Gilbert of Hudson, NC and Melanie Gallo of Winston-Salem, NC; her sister Patsy Hewitt of Forest City; and her grandsons, Ty Lewis, Lane Gilbert and Henry Gallo.
