She was predeceased by: her father Ron Guy; and her grandparents, Thad, Ola Guy of Marion, Jim and Lib Padgett of Forest City.
She is survived by: her mother Libby Padgett Guy of Forest City; her son Zachary Christian Perry of Conover; her sisters, Angela Flack (Tripp) of Forest City and Tammy Wise (David) of Nebo; and her nieces and nephews, Ashelea Flack Chaney (Reid), Chad Flack (Lauren), Ally Flack, Blake Wise and Myron Wise (Maile).
