He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Sisk and Fannie Connor Sisk; and his siblings, Hazel Sisk, Linda Walker, Edith Toney, Junior, Carl, Harvey and Eugene Sisk.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Sisk of Forest City and Lisa Pitman (Danny) of Ellenboro; his siblings, Herman Sisk (Sonya), Jerry Sisk (Barbara) and Margaret Lovelace of Forest City; his grandchildren, Trevor Pitman (Jessie), Daniel Pitman (Kali), Brandy Raudales (Jordan) and Kaleb Barnes; and his great grandchildren, Kayelyn, Devin and Tyler Pitman.
