He was predeceased by: his parents, John Skipper and Lillian Boone Skipper. He is survived by: his friend Bills; his wife Cathy Skipper; his children, Crystal Deviney (Tommy), Brandy Laws (Wayne) and Shannon Skipper; and his brothers, Alex Skipper and Boyce Skipper. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
