He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Moss Morrow; and his sister Teri Lynn Morrow. He is survived by: his father Scott Russell Morrow; his wife Dixie O'Dell Morrow; his children, Brent Morrow of Forest City, Harley Morrow of Colorado and Brittany Shlutow (Brian) of Forest City; his siblings, Scottie Morrow (Ann) of Mooresboro and Latisha Champion (Ronald) of Forest City; and his half-sister Rachel Alley. He is also survived by four stepchildren; one grandchild and several nephews and a niece.
