He was predeceased by: his sister Rose Dale Curtis. He is survived by: his father Ray Curtis; his stepmother Marlene Curtis of Forest City; his mother Rose Lee Waters of Lancaster, SC; his children, Jason Curtis (Katey) of Ellenboro, Joseph Curtis and Victoria Curtis of Lake Lure; his siblings, Jimmy Curtis (Debra) of Forest City, Larry Curtis (Lisa) of Forest City, Randy Curtis (Kathy) of Forest City, Luann Curtis Talbert (Robert) of Inman, SC and Cindy Toms of Rutherfordton; and his granddaughter Madalynn Curtis.
