She was predeceased by : her siblings, Terry L. Oxendine, Gaylor A. Oxendine and Kimberly S. Lee. She is survived by : her husband Edward W. Burch Jr.; her children, Terry L. Lowery (Cykia) of Fayetteville, Christina Junius of Fayetteville and Felicia Lowery of Fayetteville; her siblings, Christopher L. Oxendine, Jenell O'Fay (Cray) and Celeste R. Oxendine; and her grandchildren, Kalia A. Lowery, Khloi L. Lowery and Travis Brewington.
