He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Oscar and Nola Bell Capps Parker; his siblings, Aaron Parker, O. C. Parker, Ervin Parker, Norman B. Parker, Hilda Hailey, Mildred Adams, Leola McLamb and Sally Ruth Tew; and his parents-in-law, Joseph A. West and Letha Parker West.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda West Parker; his sons, Jeffery Parker (Angie) of Selma, Leon Parker (Kim) of Four Oaks and Keith Parker of Kitty Hawk; his grandchildren, Victoria Norris, Zachary Parker, Tyler Parker and Dakota Renfrow; his great grandchildren, Marlie Parker, Jackson Parker, Carson Norris and Wyatt Norris; and his siblings, Kenneth Parker (Pat) of Benson and Judy Wood (Raylon) of Four Oaks.
