He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Judy Ellen Walker Wilkins; and his wife Jean Godwin Wilkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel "Sammy" Paul Wilkins (Laurie) of Benson, Pamela W. Penny (Brad) of Wilmington and Susan W. Guin (Duane) of Four Oaks.
