Linda Wadsworth Rhodes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Wadsworth Rhodes of Four Oaks, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 3, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeb Wadsworth and Elsie Massengill Wadsworth; her husband Elmer Lloyd Rhodes; and her siblings, George Wadsworth, Roena Stallings and Jenny Lou Blackmon.
She is survived by: her children, Amy R. Johnson (Royce) of Four Oaks and Tracy Rhodes (Wanda) of Four Oaks; her grandsons, Matthew Rhodes (Savannah), Andrew Rhodes (Ashley) and Alan Johnson (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Grayson Rhodes, Leeanna Rhodes, Wyatt Rhodes and Everly Kate Rhodes; her sisters, Nadine Rhodes (Gerald) of Four Oaks and Monnie Atkins of Four Oaks; and her brother-in-law Jasper Stallings of Zebulon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stewart's Chapel PFWB Church (2900 Devils Racetrack Rd, Four Oaks, NC 27524). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
